Nutrition Class for Special Needs Parents Starts in March

A special nutrition class for special needs families will be starting in the beginning of March.

The nutrition class will be led by nutritionist Julie Feldman and will focus on healthy eating for parents and their children with special needs.

Participants will get to taste new recipes, share recipes of their own and discuss their children's eating habits.

Dates: Sundays March 11, March 18, March 25
Time: 12:45-1:45 p.m.
Location: Friendship House (adjacent to the main Friendship Circle facility)
Fee: Free

Julie Feldman, MPH, RD is a nationally recognized nutrition expert who has helped hundreds of Michiganders live a healthier life. With her realistic approach to weight loss and well being, Julie  passionately motivates her audiences to positively change their lives.
