Walled Lake Schools’ invite the community to ‘Name of Love Concert’ Benefit for East Coast Hurricane Relief
Walled Lake Schools’ student choirs invite the community to the “Name of Love” benefit concert, Tuesday Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. at Walled Lake Northern High School (6000 Bogie Lake Road, Commerce).
This is a benefit concert for the victims of Hurricane Sandy -with a free will offering at the end of the show to be donated to the Red Cross Relief effort.
The eighth-grade choirs from Clifford Smart, Sarah Banks, Geisler and Walnut Creek Middle Schools will perform with the high school choirs from Walled Lake Central, Northern and Western High Schools for some of the selections.
A free will offering will be taken after the concert. Anyone wishing to donate may send their donation to Walled Lake Central High School, Mary Rashid 1600 Oakley Park Road, Walled Lake 48390. Checks may be made to W.L. Central HS or The American Red Cross.
