Drunken Local Teen Found Lying in Road
A 14-year-old, West Bloomfield resident was found Bloomfield Township police highly intoxicated and lying in a subdivision road Jan. 20.
A West Bloomfield teenager will have to face an Oakland County Probate Court judge after police officers found him lying in the road of a subdivision and heavily intoxicated, reports said. The 14-year-old boy was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol after Bloomfield Township police detained him on Ballantree Road near Inkster Road on Jan. 20, police said.
Officers responded to the area for reports of a teen falling in the road at about 10 p.m. and found him visibly intoxicated. He could not stand on his own and could not talk to police, reports said. Officers called the Bloomfield Township Fire Department, which transported the teen to Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was not seriously injured in the fall.
Police said they referred the incident to the probate court for a pending hearing.

I have questions; What is a 14 year old doing out at 10 PM and drunk. Where are the parents and how did he get the alcohol?
