Harrison students arrive at the Spicer House Visitors Center in Heritage Park to take prom photos Thursday evening.

Students from all three Farmington public high schools celebrated prom this week, starting with pictures at historic landmarks in Farmington and Farmington Hills.

Police blocked an east-bound lane of Grand River in front of the Governor Warner Mansion Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as students from Farmington and North Farmington took photos on the grounds, in the gazebo and on the porch of the historic home. Farmington students went on to the Roostertail in Detroit; North Farmington students, to the Dearborn Inn.

Harrison High students and parents crowded around the Spicer House in Heritage Park Thursday evening to take photos before their prom at the Detroit Yacht Club.
