This week we've focused the house hunt on properties in our target areas of Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham that are newly listed, all within the past 45 days.

For buyers, there are benefits in considering properties that are new to the market. The homes are usually freshly spruced up, sellers excited and motivated and agents anxious to show the property to its best advantage.

Remember, a new listing may actually be a re-listing by a new agent, or by the same agent but with a revised price or conditions of sale. Either way, if you're thinking about buying (or selling), it's a good idea to keep track of what's available in the area so you can comparison shop effectively.

Check out the new listings we've featured here and let us know when you notice a great home for sale in your neck of the woods!

We're currently in the midst of the greatest mortgage refinancing frenzy of the past 5 or 6 years. Rates are now the lowest they've been since mid to late 2003, I worked with a company called "123 Refinance" I refinanced my current mortgage to 3.12% search online for them if you are planning to do refinance.

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, MetaCent.com
