Dave & Buster's. It's roughly the same footprint as the one in Utica. Use it for whirlyball in the meantime...

Put any business there that will bring business to West Bloomfield. That ordinance should not apply seeing how there used to be an auto dealership in that place, not very downtowny. About 1/2 mile away is a Power House Gym. What kind of restrictions are on that property? Our area is in no position to reject any real vendor, especially knowing that Tim Horton's will be the anchor for the new downtown West Bloomfield. Brilliant planning by our local government, simply brilliant. Let's hope our officials can do the right thing unlike our federal officials.
