Balance-Training and Falls-Prevention
Come for a fun and laughter-filled hour focused on improving your balance. Starting with a balance self-awareness inventory, you will learn about balance reactions, your brain, and exercise. You will have a chance to try various exercises, gentle movements, and breathing techniques to improve your posture, walking, and standing balance.

The Henry Ford Self-Health Center provides care, support and education for individuals living with chronic conditions. Each patient is provided with a personalized plan of care that meets their individual needs. Services include nutritional counseling, disease education, support groups and healthy activities to help patients manage their conditions, live independently and lead happy and fulfilling lives. The Henry Ford Self-Health Center has a second location in Woodhaven.
