There will be free health screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, bone density, hearing screening, massage therapy, and a Red Cross Blood Drive. We will also have a Taste Fest Competition with Culinary Trained Chef's from some of the area Assisted Living's and our Chef at Boulevard! We will also have educational presentations by distinguished physicians and health care professionals. Boulevard Health Center is a live-in rehabilitation facility. Patients stay in private or semi-private rooms until they have completed their rehabilitation programs. The center emphasizes a hotel-style stay, with a concierge service, dining rooms and services. Rehab services available include speech, occupational and physical therapy, nutritional therapy, wound care, orthopedic rehabilitation and much more.
