In honor of Valentine's Day, we are having our Healthy Heart Workshop. This class is designed for those that have had heart health issues such as heart attacks, heart disease, hypertension, etc, those that have no present heart problems but have a family history of heart issues and those individuals that just want to build the strongest heart possible!

In this workshop, we will review the current research on the heart, the choices we make that damage it, and the action steps we can take starting now to help strengthen it!!
