Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is offering classes for healthy living, from making baby food, to what to eat post-workout, to fall harvest and enjoying special holiday dishes that are better for you.

All classes are held 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Demonstration Kitchen.

This Tuesday: Transitioning Old World customs to a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing flavor, Bubbe’s traditional recipes will be recreated for a healthy new year.

Each class is $19 per person.

Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is located at 6777 W. Maple Road, in West Bloomfield.  The Demonstration Kitchen is off the main lobby.

Classes fill quickly, and registration closes 72 hours before the start of class.
