 tropolitan Detroit is holding open auditions for people of all faith tra
 ditions who would like to sing in a quality choral group. Auditions will
  be Wednesday\, September 5 starting at 7:00 p.m. at Temple Shir Shalom\
 , 3999 Walnut Lake Road\, West Bloomfield 48323.\nThe Zamir Chorale crea
 tes a meaningful Jewish musical experience\, offering members an opportu
 nity to come together in Jewish song and fellowship\, and to share that 
 experience in performances with the community.\n&nbsp\;The Chorale is di
 rected by Cantor Penny Steyer and is accompanied by Ted Wyman. Zamir reh
 earses weekly during the Fall\, Winter\, and Spring at Congregation Shaa
 rey Zedek and performs four to six concerts a year. There is an annual m
 embership fee of $100\, but waivers are available.\nIf you can read musi
