Community Update

Warning! Do not use this drain cleaning company! The guy is a liar. I have used several drain cleaning company s in the past and most provide a 90 day re-clean if there s an issue. I talked to Allans when my mom s drain needed cleared. He told me that he likes to keep his customers satisfied for 6 months. That if my mom had any problems with the drain after he cleared it, she can just give him a call and he d take care of it. He came out to the house reiterated the same warranty to my mom and wife, and cleared the drain. 7 weeks later my mom had to call him back. He came out and cleared the drain, then proceeded to argue with mom about his warranty, claims he didn t promise what he did, and charged her another $95.00. Luckily, she paid with credit and I m having her fight the charge. This guy stated his warranty to 3 people and then reneged. This is not the kind of guy that needs to be in anyone s house. He s a creep who takes advantage of older women. When I called and asked him why he charged my mom another $95.00, he claimed that he never told me he gave a 6 month warranty and that she should use different toilet paper? This guy is a creep!
