Community Corner

Unique Summer Camp opportunity for Girls

We have been working with many girl's organizations from Girl Scouts to girl's hockey, Pompon and cheer teams and are hoping to become role models for the girl's in our community by teaching them to become strong and healthy in both body and mind.

We are pleased to announce our Girl's Only summer camp program that will keep girls ages 6-12 active while emphasizing the importance healthy nutrition and overall wellness.   Knowing how to live a healthy and fit life is an important life skill for every girl.  The girls will dance, play games, learn to cheer, and practice yoga, while learning how to eat healthy by becoming nutrition label and ingredient detectives, food scientists and more.

Our summer camps promote self-esteem, teamwork, camaraderie and an overall love of wellness that we hope will inspire them to share it with the entire family.

Our Camps run M-Th from 1:00– 4:00pm the weeks of
