Watch the entire higway and sign dedication ceremony for fallen West Bloomfield Sgt. O’Rourke
Sgt. Patrick O ‘Rourke, a West Bloomfield Police officer who was killed in the line of duty in 2012, was honored last Friday, September 13th, 2013 as officials dedicated a road sign and highway in his honor. The ceremony took place on Old U.S. 23 in Livingston County with family, friends and colleagues in attendance. Watch the entire ceremony and coverage from Civic Center TV, hosted by Emmy Lucas.
