West Bloomfield Among Real Estate Blog's Top 10 Michigan Cities
MoVoTo cites low crime rates and high home values in its review of the city.
Though it is not technically a city, West Bloomfield landed this week on MoVoTo Blog's list of the 10 best cities in Michigan.
The township tied with Troy for 10th place.
MoVoTo noted West Bloomfield's cost of living, which is 78 percent above the state average, and its crime rate, which is 56 percent below the state average.
MoVoTo ranks cities in a variety of categories, from "Preppiest" to "Nerdiest" using algorithms "to weigh categories in ways that have never been done before."
