Fall Fitness Frenzy

DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital celebrates the health of our community with the Fall Fitness Frenzy on Sunday, September 9 on the hospital’s campus, 1 William Carls Drive in Commerce.  Health-related and fun activities for all family members will be available at no charge from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

The Radio Disney™ Road Crew Show will kick-off the day’s entertainment followed by a special appearance from health and fitness guru Peter Nielsen. Other children’s activities will include bounce houses, miniature golf, tot trots (at 2:00 and 2:30 p.m.), live demos by the Walled Lake cheer/pom squad, field games run by Huron Valley Schools, and crafts presented by the Ann Arbor Hands-on Museum.  Pet therapy dogs will be on hand to meet children and a live car extraction will be demonstrated by the Walled Lake and Commerce Fire Departments.

Health screenings will be offered to adults, as well as free health risk assessment tests. Fall Fitness Frenzy participants who participate in the fitness activities can enter prize drawings.
