Ethan Bortnick, 12, made history as the youngest entertainer to headline in Las Vegas.

On Oct. 5, The Berman Center for the Performing Arts in West Bloomfield welcomes 12-year-old Ethan Bortnick, a pianist, composer, singer and entertainer who has delighted audiences in the U.S. and around the world.

Ehtan is also a driven humanitarian, dedicated to combining his musical pursuits with his charity work.

At three years of age, he begged his parents for piano lessons and discovered an uncanny ability to hear a song once and play it back note for note the musical equivalent of a photographic memory. In 2011, he made history as the youngest entertainer to headline in Las Vegas. Ethan was recently certified a Guinness World Records title-holder as The World’s Youngest Solo Musician to Headline his Own Tour.

Tickets for the 8 p.m. show are available at theberman.org or by calling the ticket office at 248-661-1900.
