We're all watching our family budgets these days. Whether shopping with coupons or looking for two-for-one deals, we're taking advantage of all sorts of offers and savings that help us stretch our dollars.

This week, Frugal Family scoured local sources to come up with great deals on hair cuts, massage therapy, yoga classes, and a healthy lunch — enough for a whole day's worth of fun. Remember to check with the merchants for additional conditions:

  1. Deal: One free introductory course for new students in the tri-county area and those who have not visited the center for one year. If customers appreciate the free course, they have the chance to buy one month of unlimited yoga classes for $99 and receive the next month free.

  • Deal: Fifty percent off for any color service on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bring in any box of new or used hair color which you are dissatisfied with and receive $10 off the purchase of color services (These offers may not be used with each other.)

  • Deal: For new members, a one-hour massage session is offered for $39, with $57 for a 90-minute session and $78 for a two-hour session.

  • Deal: Luncheon specials take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and include 19 menu items including vegetarian ghallaba, hummous and tabbouli, falafel, grape leaves, shish kabob, and shawarma.
