MA BASEEMA, Middle Eastern Cuisine with Chaldean Flair

The "Whats Cooking" program at the library will host a presentation of MA BASEEMA, Middle Eastern Cuisine with Chaldean Flair. Presentors will  give you a taste and knowledge of a culture that has one of the world's oldest cuisines. The cook book, a publication of the Chaldean American Ladies Charity is a culinary journey that will delight your palate. Cookbooks will also be available at the presentation.
