How did your business come to be?: I was recruited because of my sales ability, and business acumen.

What do you want your business to be best known for?: Quicker monitoring response time, verification response, interactive services and excellent customer service.

What's your most popular product or service?: Interactive services, which eliminate the need for land line phones. Your home and/or business can be controlled from your smart phone, tablet and computer for a number of things from anywhere you are.

When was the business founded?: October 2011 is when I started.

Why did you choose to locate to West Bloomfield?: I've lived on and off in West Bloomfield and Farmington Hills for the last 25 years.
