Patch Picks this week: Places to spend summer camp

• Willoway Day Camp: On 16 acres near the corner of Pontiac Trail and Old Plank Road, Willoway Day Camp has offered the “best summer ever” for those ages 5-14 since 1969. Willoway features state of the art swimming pools, athletic fields, tennis courts, a nature trail and lots more.
• Summer Impressions: Located on Middlebelt Road between Lone Pine and Long Lake roads, Summer Impressions has been well-known in the community since 1989 for its division of campers by age into “three camps under one sky” to assure a fun-filled experience for every age.
• Among the eight new camps offered this year, It’s Great To Be Grand Camp will feature the popular “Surf and Turf” party at the for grandparents and grandchildren.
• : Center day camps offer free transportation in selected areas, the highest possible safety standards, a strict no-bullying policy and before- and after-care.
