Visions for Vacancies: What Should Happen to Noor Market & Bakery?

You don't need to be an urban planner to know what West Bloomfield needs from this vacancy. Talk about it on Patch.

Mike and Nadia Kaskorkis used to dish up delicious Middle Eastern takeout at this spot in Sugar Tree Square, but fans of their famous stuffed grape leaves, chicken shwarma, and kebabs have had to turn elsewhere since Noor Market & Bakery closed down at 6263 Orchard Lake Rd.

The location on 3,000 square feet could be of great use for a number of uses, according to GH Real Estate Advisors, so Patch wants to know: What's your vision for this building?

You don't need to be a commercial developer or urban planner — or have money to invest in a business project — to have the next great idea. We want to hear about it.
