Unlike the trees which used to grow there, nothing has come of the former Eaton Nursery site since business packed up and left Maple Road in between Farmington Road and Daly Road in West Bloomfield.
Patch wants to know: What's your vision for this building?
According to the township, the land, on about five acres for $650,000, is recommended for child care centers, nursing and convalescent homes, senior housing, or senior assisted living. It has "excellent" visibility with an estimated 28,000 vehicles driving by 264 feet of frontage every day.
