Join Andiamo Sommeliers, Kathleen Hawkins and Lisa Ribaudo, as they team up with Master Sommelier, Madeline Triffon of Plum Market, for a grand evening of food, wine and friendship. Many of you may know Madeline, who has enjoyed over 25 years serving Detroit area consumers, starting at the original London Chop House. Chef Travis Waynick has created a savory small plates menu, and this tenacious trio will be pairing the courses with some of their favorite wine selections. Each dish will have its own unique personality and pairings to match, as the sommeliers reveal their selections and pairing “secrets” at the end of every course.

First Plate: Lake Trout with Grilled Asparagus, Sorrel, Shaved Caraway Bread, Lingonberry Preserves and Red Caviar
Second Plate: Wild Boar Bacon, Hard Cooked Eggs, Mustard Seed Dressing, Frisee and Potato Gaufrette
Third Plate: Seard Tenderloin Medallion in a delicious Cognac Veal glaze, accompanied by Roasted Bone Marrow with Herb Vinegar and Air Dried Jerky
