104.3 WOMC IS SWITCHING TO 24-HOUR CHRISTMAS CLASSICS & MOTOWN HOLIDAY HITS

It’s beginning to sound a lot like Christmas! Today at 7.00 a.m., the day before Thanksgiving, 104.3 WOMC is switching to a special, all-Christmas greatest hits music format in celebration of the holiday season. Listeners of Detroit’s Greatest Hits station will be tapping their toes and dancing in the streets to 104.3 WOMC’s nostalgic, 24-hour mix of Christmas classics, holiday favorites and eclectic Motown covers for the first time.

“We have an awesome playlist of all Christmas classics, and offer a different holiday experience to our listeners,” said Tim Roberts, Program Director of 104.3 WOMC, a CBS Radio station. “WOMC will play a huge variety of Christmas music, with favorite Christmas classics from everyone like Elton John, Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks with Motown covers and all time classics. We have a lot of festive holiday events planned for our listeners as well! And you can follow it all at www.womc.com.”

104.3 WOMC is also unveiling its enchanting holiday float during this year’s America’s Thanksgiving Parade® presented by Art Van Furniture. WOMC Morning Show hosts Bobby Mitchell and Stacey DuFord will share in the Christmas spirit from atop the station’s float, which will be playing Christmas classics for parade goers and TV viewers at home to enjoy.
