"This is an opportunity to try a number of models and compare features," said Mary Killian, branch manager at the West Bloomfield Main Library. "People love the convenience of an eBook and the Library is adding titles weekly to keep up with the demand."

See first hand how the Kindle, Nook, iPad and other devices perform. Watch live demonstrations and compare the design and operation of selected eReaders. Librarians will be available to answer questions about downloading eBooks from the Library’s collection.

E-readers will not be for sale and are not being checked out. No registration is required. This event is also being held Wednesday (10 a.m.-12 noon) and Thursday (6:30-8:30 p.m.)
