Justice
David Viviano is the
109th Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, appointed by Governor
Rick Snyder on February 27, 2013.  A
graduate of Hillsdale College and the University of Michigan Law School,
Justice Viviano has been recognized for his leadership in improving the quality
of justice in this state, such as by implementing reforms to the jury
system.
