Will West Bloomfield Have a White Christmas?

There's snow in the forecast, but how much?

If you're looking for a white Christmas in West Bloomfield, chances are you'll like this week's forecast.

Aol.com predicts snow showers and a high of 24 degrees on Christmas Day, with snow in the forecast Monday and Tuesday as well.

There's no telling whether snowfall will reach the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) standard for a white Christmas, which is one inch of snow on the ground at 6 a.m on Dec. 25.

According to NOAA, the historic probability of there being a white Christmas on any given year in southeast Michigan is in the 41 to 50 percent range based on U.S. Climate Normals.
