Busch's is excited to welcome Chef Rob of Henry’s, a unique café located within Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, which offers gourmet food options made with healthy ingredients (like fresh produce from HFWBH’s organic greenhouse). Prior to Henry’s, Chef Hindley spent years honing his craft and culinary love at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and later as Sous Chef of The Grill Room at The Ritz-Carlton, Dearborn. After 14 years with The Ritz-Carlton, Robert went on to become the Executive Chef for 13 years at an Italian American Grill in Livingston County.
