Did You Miss the Town Center Overlay District Community Meetings?

West Bloomfield Township officials report a light turnout at two meetings held last month to gather ideas for a revision of the Town Center Overlay District, but there's still time for concerned citizens to weigh in. 

The district extends along Orchard Lake Road, between 14 Mile and Pinehurst Court, and the overlay district will guide development "in an appropriate, market viable, cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and pedestrian-friendly manner," according to the township website. 

Residents and business owners who missed the meetings can still weigh in through a survey on the township's website. It can be accessed through the Town Center District Study link at www.wbtwp.com.
