'Party Worth Crashing' Benefits West Bloomfield Forensic Theatre Program

Enjoy the music of Broadway's hottest composing duo, while helping students participate in a competitive theatre program.

WickedGreen Productions, a company that brings new works and new artists to light, will present "Party Worth Crashing", a one-night-only benefit concert, on Jan. 15 at West Bloomfield High School

Featuring the music of Broadway's hottest composing duo, Kerrigan & Lowdermilk, the event will raise funds for the school's MIFA (Michigan Interscholastic Forensics Association) Program and allow current and former students to perform along side seasoned industry professionals.

MIFA is a competitive theatre program that gives students the opportunity to work in a strict and intense environment, producing a full play and taking it to three levels of Festival Competitions. The program relies solely on outside funding.

Kait Kerrigan and Brian Lowdermilk made their off-Broadway debut in 2006 with their adaptation of Henry and Mudge. Learn more about them at kerrigan-lowdermilk.com

Tickets are $18 in advance or $25 at the door. Purchase advance tickets at wbhstheatre.com, by writing to wbhsmifa@gmail.com or calling 248-298-9617.
