Diabetes Friendly Cooking Class

Tonight Executive Chef, Frank Turner, will teach a Diabetes Friendly Cooking Class: Simple Techniques to Add Flavor at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.  He will demonstrate how to create fresh marinades and rubs by combining herbs and spices that will create delicious dishes without the added sugars.
