Jeremy Restaurant & Bar will host a holiday cooking class on Monday, January 30, at 6:30 p.m. The name of the class will be “Comfort Food Classics.” Restaurant owner and Chef Jeremy Grandon will instruct the class. During the class, individuals will learn how to make a somen noodle bowl, buttermilk fried chicken, Mac and cheese with Gouda, cheddar and parmesan, and a brownie fudge sundae. The class is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity. Wine will be served through out the class. You will also receive detailed instruction; a packet of recipes for all courses prepared, and full portions of our delicious food, humor and fun. To sign up please call 248-681-2124.
