Walled Lake Schools Hosts Michigan Philharmonic Concert

The Walled Lake Consolidated School District and Walled Lake Northern High School Performing Arts Center will host “A Phantom, a Witch and a King”, performed by the Plymouth-based Michigan Philharmonic on Oct. 25, 7:30 p.m. at the school, 6000 Bogie Lake Rd., Commerce. 
 
The concert will also feature performances from the Hickory Woods Elementary and Sarah Banks Middle School student choirs and the Walled Lake Western cast of “Shrek”.
 
Guests are encouraged to attend in costume and enjoy a concert of scary well-known classics, including "Night on Bald Mountain", "Hall of the Mountain King", "Toccata in D" along with movie and Broadway hits, with audience participation on the "Ghostbusters" finale. The event includes a costume contest and prizes.
