West Bloomfield Area Schools Close Monday
West Bloomfield, Walled Lake and Farmington are among more than 100 metro Detroit districts that have announced Monday closings.
All three school districts serving the West Bloomfield area will be closed on Monday, due to a weekend winter storm expected to dump as much as a foot of snow over southeast Michigan.
West Bloomfield, Walled Lake and Farmington had announced closings by late Sunday afternoon, along with more than 100 metro Detroit school districts. Many private schools will also be closed.
