Lakers Soph Leading Patch Winter Season Poll

Vote from a list of very deserving candidates on who should be named the Patch Athlete of the Season for the West Bloomfield area.

West Bloomfield High School's Ross Bahro had a stellar sophomore season and now, he's leading a user poll to honor great area athletes.

Bahro made it all the way to  the individual state finals at The Palace of Auburn Hills by placing third at districts and second at regionals in the 119 weight class.

Bahro fell one victory shy of 50 on the year, after losing to Grosse Pointe North senior Patrick Salazar. "All-State as sophomore, 49 wins, a lot to build on," head coach Greg Alessi said March 5. "We are really happy with him."
