Terry Porritt, #2: This Year's is 'Closest Team'

Connection:  Son Mason Porritt, #2, is a senior strong safety, and husband George Porritt has been head coach since 1989.

Favorite moment from the season: "Being here at Ford Field is really awesome. Just the whole team spirit — they seem to be really close, of all the team's George has coached, this is probably the closest team."

What makes St. Mary's special? "I think St. Mary’s is special because it is a small school. It’s a good family place to be — covering for each other, praying for each other, just being a family."
