He did it against some strong competition; all three had 20 or more wins. At the plate he reached base with hits in all three games.

Taylor Morrissey – (Baseball): Berkley wrapped up its strong season with a 10-3 win over Groves on Tuesday and a 7-3 win over Lathrup on Monday. Morrissey was 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIS in the win against the Falcons. Against Lathrup, he was 2-for-4 with an RBI and three runs.

Lisa White  – (soccer): Lisa White did it all season in net for the Seaholm varsity girls soccer team. In the Maples' regular season finale, she had 10 saves in a 4-0 win over Holly to pick up her sixth shutout of the season.

J.D. Hess – Seaholm High School (lacrosse): J.D. Hess was a key performer for the Birmingham United boys lacrosse team in the first round of the playoffs on Thursday to help his team advance with a 16-7 win over Saline. The senior had four goals and two assists.
