UDPATED: What's Open, Closed on Fourth of July in West Bloomfield?
Government offices are closed, as are both libraries, on Thursday.
This week's Fourth of July holiday affects trash collection, mail service and more. Whether you're traveling or staying home, here's what you need to know:
Government offices closed
West Bloomfield Township offices will be closed Thursday and Friday. The U.S. Post Office on Daly Road will also be closed Thursday, and there will be no mail delivery. The Secretary of State Office at 4297 Orchard Lake Rd. will be closed, as well the city offices of Orchard Lake Village, Sylvan Lake and Keego Harbor.Township parks facilities open

AAA Michigan reports that average gas prices in the state are down 19 cents from last week.
