30 Days of Giving, Day 10: Humane Society Animal Shelters

While shopping at Busch's, pick up a pet product and donate it to the Humane Society.

This is part of a 30-day series of ways Patch community members can give back this holiday season. We hope you'll take part in this 30 Days of Giving and take the spirit beyond the holidays, because there truly is need all year long.

Help grant wishes for area animals

If you want to make a difference for area cats, dogs and other pets this holiday season, consider donating pet items at Metro Detroit Busch’s Fresh Food Markets to benefit area Humane Society animal shelters.

Busch’s will be collecting items through Dec. 18, at which time all items will be collected and distributed to various animal shelters across Metro Detroit. The ‘Wags and Wishes’ drop boxes will be placed in each market, along with a "wish list" of needed items. Monetary donations can be made at the register as well.
