West Bloomfield High Hosts Student Film Festival

The day-long festival, open to all high school students, concludes with a premiere dinner and showing of three student projects.

West Bloomfield High School theatre arts and video programs will host a festival of student films and a premiere dinner on Jan. 31. 

Registration closes Jan. 27 for high school students wishing to attend the Orchard Lake Student Film Festival, which opens at 7:45 a.m. and includes workshops with professionals from the film and television industry and screenings of all festival entries. 

Students do not have to enter a film to attend the festival. 

Dinner is served at 6 p.m., followed by a presentation of three short films: Ball n'chain, directed by Mason Wilson, Working Title, directed by Jason Pauli and Rince and Repeat, directed by Robbie Pluta.
