Holy Spirit-Lutheran Church is a well-connected community seriously devoted to activity with and study of the Lutheran faith. Led by pastor Bill Matlack, the church offers Sunday school, book club, a choir program, a cook-off and a women's club that puts together a cookbook made of recipes donated by the congregation. Holy-Spirit Lutheran Church also offers a men's group, a prayer shawl, and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings at its space. Shelly Holtquist serves as president of the Congregational Council and Bonnie Sweda is the lead musical director.
