While they have a nice product offering - my assumption in their "final sale on all accessories/jewelry/purses"must mean they do not stand behind their product. Furthermore after receiving jewelry as a gift that did not fit, Susan was very nasty. After leaving a message she called me back while helping customers, could no be bothered to let me speak, then promptly told me (after she ranted on for a few minutes) that she did not have time to discuss policy, she had two people looking at her and would like to get off the phone and promptly hung up (and this is putting it mildly). I will never be returning here - nor recommending anyone go here.
