Scotch Elementary School is one of six elementary schools in the West Bloomfield School District and one of 12 schools all together. In the 2009-10 school year, principal James Scrivo led Scotch third through fifth graders to 100 percent passing rates on the MEAP math test, professional development using video casts and Macbooks being added to the cirriculum. Marilyn Grant is president of the PTO, which always appreciates new volunteers, as do teachers and staff.
