West Bloomfield Woman Dies in South Holly Road Crash
Speed of the motorcycle determined to be cause of the crash, police said.
A West Bloomfield woman died Sunday night after a motorcycle crash on South Holly Road, just outside of the Fenton city limits, police said. Michigan State Police - Groveland Post trooper Nate Ellis said Ellen Fuson, 56, was taken to Hurley Medical Center in Flint and put on life support before she died a short time later. Her husband, Jackie Fuson, the driver of the motorcycle, remains in serious condition at the University of Michigan Health System. Ellis said the motorcycle, driving west on South Holly Road in Rose Township went around the curve, across the center line and struck a Ford truck traveling east, driven by a 56-year-old Holly man, who was uninjured.
