Here are some of the biggest stories on Patch: Birmingham Police are on the lookout for a woman believed to have stolen a necklace from Flash Accessories around 1 p.m. Monday, according to Birmingham Patch. According to a surveillance video and employee testimony, a white woman wearing yoga clothes and carrying a yoga mat over her shoulder entered the shop on South Old Woodward around 1 p.m. and began looking through some jewelry. After she left the store, employees noticed a necklace was missing, police reports state. Surveillance videos shows the woman taking the necklace and walking out of the store. Gina Catherine Picinici was last seen in the area of 14 Mile and Orchard Lake roads, family members say.
UDPATE: Farmington Hills Police Department announced Saturday afternoon that 16-year-old Gina Catherine Picinici has been located and is at home with her family. The department issued a statement late this afternoon asking for the public's help in locating Gina, who had been missing since 9:30 p.m. Thursday. She was last seen in the area of 14 Mile and Orchard Lake roads. According to the release, family members report her as a voluntary missing person, but are very concerned for her safety. Gina is described as being 5 fee 4 inches tall, 130 pounds, with green eyes and dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark colored jeans and gray knee-high boots. Frank St. Mary was located early Friday morning; he left for a medical appointment in West Bloomfield Thursday and never arrived at his destination.
UPDATED: Farmington Hills Police Department announced early Friday morning that a missing Farmington Hills man has been located. Police provided no additional details. The Farmington Hills Police Department asked for the public's help late Thursday in locating 85-year-old Farmington Hills resident Frank St. Mary. He was last seen by his family on Thursday at 12:30 p.m., when he left his home to go to a medical appointment in West Bloomfield. He never arrived at his destination
