Deana Mondock, an 8-year veteran of the Bloomfield Township clerk's staff, took the oath of office during a brief ceremony Wednesday.
Deana Mondock, a long-time West Bloomfield resident and veteran Bloomfield Township employee, was sworn in as Deputy Bloomfield Township Clerk during a brief, but well attended ceremony Wednesday morning. Mondock served as an administrative assistant to Clerk Jan Roncelli for the past eight years, and was a natural fit to to take over for Tina Barton, who became clerk in Rochester Hills last month, officials said. "Her experience has prepared her for this role, and she has worked with and has the respect of all the department heads, and the residents as well," Roncelli said during the ceremony at Bloomfield Township Hall.
