How Far Do You Commute, West Bloomfield?
U.S. Census figures released last week show that the average commute for a West Bloomfield resident was a little higher than the national average.
With a few exceptions here and there, there aren't too many of us who enjoy the daily commute to and from work. But how long is that commute for Oakland County residents and where are we going, anyway? According to data released last week by the U.S. Census Bureau, the average one-way, daily commute for U.S. workers is 25.5 minutes. Unfortunately for West Bloomfield residents, that commute time is a little higher throughout the township depending on where you are, with most averaging out to be around 26 minutes.
