Commerce Road to be Closed in Orchard Lake Village
Detour routes listed between Dec. 13-16.
The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will close Commerce Road to through traffic between Orchard Lake and Hiller roads in Orchard Lake Village and West Bloomfield from Thursday, Dec. 13, through Sunday, Dec. 16, to construct a retaining wall on the south side of the road. The retaining wall is needed to support the slope adjacent to the road which has been eroding. During the closure, the detour route for through traffic is Hiller Road to Cooley Lake Road to Cass-Elizabeth Road to Cass Lake Road to Orchard Lake Road and vice versa. Source: RCOC press release
