As a board member of the Kimberley North Improvement Association (our Homeowner Association), I see the issues and challenges that we face and how they are often the same from year to year. I am certain that other HOAs in the Greater West Bloomfield area face the similar issues. I would like to use this blog for sharing issues, ideas, resources, tips and more BETWEEN HOAs across the area. By collaborating we can fulfill our missions more easy, avoid reinventing the wheel and have more resources (and leverage) to get things done. In turn, we should have a stronger, move vibrant community.
